General Information

The adults are distinctive with bright orange/silvery grey forewings.

The larvae mine the leaves of various species of willowherb.


Wingspan: 9-12mm
Foodplant(s): willowherbs (Epilobium spp.)
Flying: Two generations, May-July and August-September
National status: Unknown

Damp situations.
